Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are $4.95, a flat rate for all orders
Orders will ship within 2 days. In-stock items ship the following business day. Orders for "Hand Sewn" items will ship within 7-10 days. Backorder items will ship as soon as they become available. Pre-order items must be pre-paid. Pre-ordered items will ship by their expected ship date.
Easy Exchanges
Items can be shipped back however you please. Items you ship back can be exchanged for other items. You will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise within 5 business days of receipt. It is your responsibility to receive a tracking number for items sent back to insure they arrive back to PepperRoo™. Items must be returned in their original condition in order to receive an exchange credit. Used items, or items with their tags removed cannot be resold, therefore they cannot be returned for an exchange credit.

Order tracking information will be provided directly through Paypal. However, if you do not receive an email saying your order has shipped, site mail us above with your order number.
